Dec 29, 2019 · @still questioning. There are 3 ways to get UI up. 1)System Tray icon 2)Desktop shortcut 3)Start Menu Programs. If you cant get the UI up from Start Menu then something is corrupted, so you need to do a Repair or Reinstall of Avast.
