Especially since the mouse is kind of needed for quick reactions upon falling over death related objects that will give you no glory for dying upon these stupendous feats of agility and fitness! -deep breath-

May 30, 2011 · And hell, it's Portal 2, you don't need quick movements and pixel accuracy. I beat the game with a 360 controller and it played wonderfully. So yeah, 360 controller is the best for gaming on a Mac, looks like most (all?) of Valve's games support the 360 controller natively, without 3rd party drivers, though those are available for other games.

Sep 08, 2011 · ControllerMate is used to map the keys and mouse to the PS3 controller. Steam currently does not support gamepads in this current release of Steam on Mac. So technically this software may become obsolete when Steam implements gamepad support, but for the time being it allows the PS3 controller to be used with Steam games.
