Last year I notified 12Pay of miscalculation issue with AEOs. Now I find an issue with publishing payslips - a random number and never the correct number of employees are selected to publish. At this time I was running a virtual PC and support are adamant that this is the problem, which I find hard to believe.

The software is quite good. However the support package is poor. Paroll is crucial to our business. Some while ago i set up auto enrollment. As many have found, this was a nightmare, mostly caused by the interface between payroll and the pension provider (NEST in our case). I relied a lot on the 12Pay forums. Now the have been taken down by 12Pay.
