I love cool player+ because it's so simple and uses only like 4-5mb of ram, but one thing it doesn't do is play FLAC. So I was wondering if perhaps you can add the codec somehow, or if there is another light program that plays flac in addition to mp3 and ogg. I would use VLC, but it takes a while to load and isn't very light(40+mb of ram).

Similar goes for Windows Phone 8. Microsoft Windows 10 supports FLAC decoding in Windows Media Player and other software that uses Windows platform APIs for audio decoding.
