Hi I am new at Soap UI and trying to make a XML RQ but getting " Please enable REST support in WEB-INF/conf/axis2.xml and WEB-INF/web.xml"

When I try to use curl for that same request, I get " enable REST support in WEB-INF/conf/axis2.xml and WEB-INF/web.xml" as the response frm the vendor site. I'm guessing that soapUI does something that curl does not. Does anyone have any suggestions how I go about resolving this.

We implemented blcli executing via JLI and now we are trying to implement it via web services. For convenience reasons the web services implementation is going to be Python-based. So I'm trying to make a library for that web services management. As far as I understand, the procedure should go as follows; Login against the appserver. Role assumption.
