Dec 17, 2016 · In my case, my camera has the unfortunate feature in which it writes the text "OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA" into the Exif:ImageDescription, Xmp:Description and Iptc:Caption-Abstract fields. And this apparently triggers Picasa to not write the caption to the field(s) that windows uses for "Title" in the file properties.
