Do you have all the .dlls for postgresql? from what I remember, postgre wasn't part of the core PHP install, rather it needed to be installed on top. you could try re-registering php_pgsql.dll at a command prompt and see if that helps:

If you take QNAPs PHP qpkg (current as of timne of posting is 5.5.22) the pg pdo (the drivers that make PHP apps talk to Postgres)option is not part of the compile. So while QNAP provides officially both PHP and PostgreSQL qpkgs, they don't yet interact.

Jul 13, 2005 · Also, you might have it installed ok, but just not loaded, ie check the php.ini file ( the one that phpinfo() says it is using) and add/uncomment extension=pgsql.so ... then restart apache.
