May 10, 2008 · It's unfortunate that you did not take the time to contact support. I'm sure if you did, you would have found us forthright and responsive. When you were inside of PFConfig you could have gone to our support system by clicking Help and then request help. Otherwise you could have just gone directly to the following page.
