We provide support for children, young people and families who have been bereaved by suicide. Grief with the volume turned up A death through suicide delivers a double blow to families – not only do they have to cope with a sudden and often unexpected death, but they also have to deal with the way their relative has died.
As a consequence we wanted ‘give something back’ by raising the profile of Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide and by raising some funds to assist with their good work. As a family we cycled from Lands End to John O’Groats, visiting many support groups on the way. We were amazed by peoples generosity and we raised over £23,000.
