    Aug 20, 2015 · For me one of the benefits of pcre is its expressive brevity. Out of all flavors of regexes, it's the most concise while still readable at the same time. It's especially useful for bigger expressions. So I definitely would appreciate native pcre support in nvim as one of the options.
