Sep 01, 2010 · Hi All, I am using Outlook 2003 with Enghish Australia System Locale. And cannot read Chinese subject in OUtlook 2003 and only shows ???. Do you know how to send out the email with chinese subject character and can read that chinese Subject in OUtlook 2003 without changing the Locale to Chinese (hong Kong)

When I check my email via Outlook 2003, emails that contain Chinese characters in the subject line are displayed as question marks (???). When I check my mail via Outlook webmail on an Exchange 2003 server, the same message's subject line contains the proper Chinese characters.
