The generic Oracle UCM web services are JAX-WS based and can be assigned OWSM policies and managed by OWSM. The native Oracle UCM web Services are SOAP based and can only support WS-Policy policies managed through the Oracle WebLogic Server Administration Console.

Hi Yes it is possible for users to change the language for themselves if the Administrator has enabled the language support for Content Server. To do that go to System Properties Applet - Localization - Enable the languages you want the users to be able to switch to. Then restart the CS and then the users can see what all languages they can enable when they go to the My Profile tab. Thanks Srinath
