Oct 14, 2010 · From the OTN home page, you can download 10.2.0.4 for 64-bit Windows 7 or 10.2.0.3 for 32-bit Windows 7. That is separate from the generic 10.2.0.1 download for other versions of Windows. Or you could download 11.2.0.1 for either 32- or 64-bit Windows 7.
