If you have an issue, you first may have to reproduce it in a non-VMWare environment (in a supported env.) before raising a SR.

Oracle 10.2.0.4 and higher (no Oracle 10.2.0.2, no Oracle 10.2.0.3,no Oracle 9.2.x) Only Oracle single instance, no support for Oracle RAC. minimum recommended Windows OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2008.
