The Sun SeeBeyond Enterprise Designer is a set of plug in modules for NetBeans 3.4.1. If you want it to try it (this is unsupported) in other platforms, we must add the enviroment property repository.dir to the java runtime indicating the url for the Java CAPS Repository.

Oracle Inbound eWay polls database with prepared statement, and triggers your logic when results are not empty (like other inbound eWays) - so it's not started by Oracle. There is some bug in 5.1.1, I guess because it doesn't provide WS operation to trigger Java Collaboration.
