May 07, 2007 · Hi, Oracle has announced de-support for Oracle 9i release 2 as of July 31, 2007. This is an important announcement for any Oracle customers who must run on a fully-supported release of their Oracle database. While Oracle offers a limited "extended support" plan, Oracle9i is still desupported for any new bug fixes as of July 31, 2007.

Apr 23, 2007 · Technically, support for Oracle 9.2 ends July 2007. But you can purchase Extended Support for Oracle 9.2 for an additional three years, until July 2010. I believe you must be on the terminal release of Oracle9i Release 2 which is 9.2.0.8 to benefit from Extended Support.

9.2.0.8 is the terminal release of 9i version of oracle. And 9i will be desupported Jul 2007. Thats the date when premier support ends. Meaning no bug fixes after that. But you have an option to buy extended support. And that goes till Jul 2010. The curent version is 10g R2 (10.2.0.2). And premier support for 10g R2 support will last till Jul 2010.

Jun 26, 2013 · Oracle 10gR2 (10.2) has been desupported for 3 years, though technically they gave everyone a free year of extended support which brought EOL for most companies to July 2011. Oracle 11gR1 (11.1) was taken off Premier Support in August 2012. Hopefully you’ve moved on to 11.2 by now, it’s great and mostly stable.
