If you're still running your E-Business Suite environment on the 10gR2 database, I hope that you're aware that Premier Support for 10.2 ends in July 2010.But if you're still on Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i version 11.5.10, the impending end of Premier Support this year on November 30, 2010 is even more important.

May 03, 2012 · Customers with an active Oracle Premier Support for Software contract will automatically be entitled to Extended Support coverage for EBS 11i and 12.0. Also remember that Extended Support fees are waived for the first year of EBS 12.1 Extended Support. This waiver will be valid from June 2014 to May 2015.

If I read your article correctly, as a Discoverer 10g (10.1.2.3) shop running with EBS 11i, my premier support ends at the end of this year. To boot, there is currently no certification with Discoverer 11g.

But please recognize that the above table does never differ between patch sets – and not even between Oracle 12.2 and 18c or 19c.
