I haven't tested these mods with Oblivion Graphics Extender, major overhauls such as OOO, or with weather mods that affect when lights turn on, so I don't know if there'll be any issues, but I do know that sometimes OBGE doesn't play nice with other mods; Since these mods add more lighting, they can affect your game's performance.
