    Again, CEC is an annoying “feature†. The Xbox One doesn't support CEC, it uses IR. Early models had terrible HDMI-CEC implementations. Its a hit or miss. So far my Sharp TV + Pioneer receiver works great with the Shield. The Nexus Player was a major pain in the ass. CEC on the Shield turns on my TV and receiver without any issues.

It would be a massive selling point to differentiate you from the competition. Modern gaming consoles support this, 20 dollar blueray players support this. Can we move into the future already?
