The problems start when I try to start MOTU Audio Console or MOTU SMPTE console. As I try to launch the audio console, windows promt: "No MOTU Audio Device could be found.

Mar 27, 2013 · The PC has a full install (not an upgrade) of Win 7 Pro 64 SP1 in a new partition on a SSD drive using a USB flash drive for boot-up. Cue Mix FX, MOTU Audio Console and MOTU SMPTE Console appear under Start/All Programs. The Motu entries in the Device Manager seem to install correctly, however no sound devices are available to Windows.

Aug 13, 2010 · I do have the correct driver installed because in my audio software AISO Micro Book is an option for audio hardware and Micro Book is also listed and working in my device manager. I am running a Vista 64 bit SP2 OS. Sony technical support feels it is a MOTU problem and not a Sony problem. I am going to contact MOTU tech support as well.
