May 26, 2016 · The HR44 is the oldest model that gets the new GUI, so though it does have the phone port, once it receives the update the Caller ID feature will no longer be accessible. This feature was only a bonus of the phone jack, just like ordering PPVs by remote, receiving updates for older models, and sending some basic information from the box.

We have some numbers that are being remote-call-forwarded from another service provider to our PRI provider. When those numbers are called the caller-id name is being presented last in the isdn debugs whereas numbers that reside with our PRI provider show the name earlier in the call setup.
