Jan 16, 2018 · “The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support.” We are using other 2008 R2 servers and Windows 7 desktops to try to connect to the server. They all support NLA. But we still get the message. We rebooted the server from the console. That still did not resolve it.

Solution #3: Disable Network Level Authentication using Registry Editor. Network Level Authentication can be blocked via Registry Editor as well. However, you need to do that on the remote computer.
