    NetWinder specific documentation¶. The NetWinder is a small low-power computer, primarily designed to run Linux. It is based around the StrongARM RISC processor, DC21285 PCI bridge, with PC-type hardware glued around it.

    The NetWinder will operate with a 9VDC to 15VDC power supply capable of supplying a peak power of 20W and a sustained power of 17W. The outer sleeve of the connector is ground. Operating close to the upper/lower voltage limits is not recomended.

The NetWinder WS also comes loaded with Perl for CGI scripting, the Apache web server, FTP, TELNET and DNS services.
