This works very well when all the devices are connected via WiFi. I would like to support this with the phone acting as a portable hotspot. However, while all my devices appear to connect to the hotspot correctly I no longer receive multicast data.

Dec 12, 2019 · I updated the Unity Editor to version 2019.1.0f2 (from 2018.3.12f1). Now when I re-build my app (no changes, just a re-build with the new Unity version) and publish it to Google Play I get a warning about a new requested right "CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE".
