A ClientError3 means that Mozy can't make a secure connection to our servers when the backups starts. This can be attributed to antivirus blocking Mozy. If you have any antivirus installed then please add the Mozyhome folder as an exception or the Mozy.exe files under C:\Program Files\Mozyhome\.
