Oct 30, 2009 · I recently swapped out monitors on this pc and hooked up an LG WT1952TQ-TF that is a year old. When I go into the Nvidia Control Panel it says that the monitor isn't HDCP compliant, but I know that it is (I even looked up the monitor to confirm that it is).

I have had HD since May 22nd and until today have not experienced this problem. Now 4 times this evening a pop up message has appeared on my screen saying" This display does not support HDCP Call 08702 40 40 20 for further information Please disconnect your HDMI connection.

The NVidia card clearly shows that HDCP is supported and active on the card and the monitor like the graphic shown in an above post to this thread. The monitor is an LG extra Wide screen (34 in.) where an ASUS 27 inch was also tested. I have tried each of the 3 input types where only one input cable is connected for each test.

Dec 31, 2008 · HDCP is not on component cables so some content will not play over component in HD. HDMI does require HDCP so that works. In short, all component connections on all TVs should do that.
