I am trying to get a Microsoft manager involved as it seems the support portal within the admin portal for Office 365 Education has changed within the past month. The new portal doesn't allow me as the customer to add any updates to cases, request a call back, etc.. Even when I called into the office 365 phone support this is no longer an option.
