Jul 24, 2017 · dezso Any plan/possibility to extend the supported device list for older chips like 16F8** or 18F4xx ? I dont own any of the supported device but have 100's of the old ones. Hi dezso, MCC support is currently focused on devices that are recommended for new designs.

Sep 04, 2012 · I have 8.73 installed; my PicKit 2 lists both versions of the '1825, but MPLAB IDE tells me the device is not supported by the PK2 and disconnects it.. Spent the morning digging in the 8.87 release notes (see below) trying to determine if <that> IDE supports the '1825 <AND> the PK2, with no luck. "Devices Supported.htm" seems to be the current disinformation.
