Jan 03, 2010 · You contact your local Oracle Sales person, and purchase a license, which includes a support contract. When you've done that, Oracle will provide you with a CSI number. That number is entered, and that will authorize you to access MetaLink.

If you are working in a company or studying in a college, your seniors/professors will already have a metalink username/password that you can use or they can give you the CSI no to register with at metalink.
