Aug 22, 2009 · He told me that if I go to court for this, he will ask court to let me pay all the child support I owe since 2004. I do not think it is right. My ex- and the court think I am a ill person, and not be able to find a job to support and care for myself and my kids because of bipolar. Why should they ask me to pay for child support?
