Can someone summarize the current support for SVG in MediaWiki? It seems that you can upload SVG files to Wikipedia but they are (automatically?) rasterized to PNG - the SVG image itself never displays in the actual article (see Scalable Vector Graphics page on Wikipedia), nor can you edit the SVG directly.
