Aug 05, 2019 · Just an FYI- great experience with Leupold customer service. I have a GX-4i from 2013 which , after replacing a battery is no longer working. Leupold told me to send it back and they would either repair it for free or give me a 60% discount on a new rangefinder.

I have many leupold scopes and have needed customer service once, and was very pleased. My binocs are Swarovski. Sent them back once and was well handled. Also have a few Zeiss conquest scopes, no problems and a Leica rf no problems. You get what you pay for in optics.

Oct 04, 2019 · I recently returned a Leupold 3.5x10x40 scope for service. It is the AO model. Well it turns out it was beyond repair. Bummer. Except that they offered an upgrade. Seems I will be getting back a brand new 3.5x10x50mm instead. I don't have a problem with that. I use Leupolds on all my rifles. This is a good example why. Great product with great service.

Never knew what all they did but scope works as it should. I have many Leupolds and will continue to support them. Great company. John
