Can't access Jetdirect Web server on HP 4000n 03-14-2017 01:00 PM. I have the exact same problem. I used the HP Download Manager firmware update tool and am now at the latest firmware revision for my JetDirect cards in the HP 4000's I have, but it hasn't fixed the broken web interface.
