    Apr 21, 2004 · Hello all, I am facing a peculiar problem with Weblogic server 8.1 and its WebServices support. I deployed Sun's Hello-JAXRPC sample war file to WLS 8.1. I effected this by using Weblogic Builder and was able to add a weblogic.xml file to the war. I then deployed this using the admin console.

    by the way, another way to install the plugins is doing it manually (mentioned by the original poster as something that was already attempted). at the time of writing this, the NetBeans plugin/module files (*.nbm) can be downloaded from this location.. this is also applicable to Apache NetBeans 9.
