Beginning yesterday, I awoke to find that my outlook.com pinned tab, that shows my hotmail inbox, had changed to the outlook sign-in page (which I didn't consider unusual - I simply thought the cookie had expired and it wanted me to sign in again). However there were asian character place-holders on this page (the vertical rectangles with the numbers inside).

It's much harder to read, and doesn't harmonize with the latin text.
