I've used iWill server motherboards for years. Rock steady operations with 2 dual core AMD cpu's. I have the ability to fit / upgrade servers with the DF88E socket F ( 1207 ) motherboards. Sep 27, 2007 · The athlon xp 2100 palamino is the highest cpu that the bios will recognise. Any thoroughbred or thunderbird cpu may work but they will not be recognised and will run at reduced speeds anyway so save your money. I have a Ka 266r that still runs xp pro beautifully using the 2100 palamino cpu.
