The orbi system doesn't support bridge mode. Bridge and AP mode are two separate operations. Does your ISP modem offer any more kind of granular QoS menu features by chance? What is the mfr and model# of the host router you used before the Orbi? You would need to turn one device at a time to see which one maybe the culprit.

QoS allows the ISP, BT to guarantee a fixed line speed for the Vision service, normally around 2Meg. Anything that you get above that is used for services like the broadband which do not require QoS, but are just Best Effort services.
