Jan 03, 2017 · You can activate support for keyboards and remote controls with the keyBindings option. By default iScroll listens to the arrow keys, page up/down, home/end but they are (wait for it) totally customizable. You can pass an object with the list of key codes you want iScroll to react to. The default values are as follow:

+1 for IE8 support. Still needed for some sites, IE8 not quite dead enough yet. I'm currently using this patch which seems to be working but it would be nice if compatibility could be including in core, even if it's as an extra file like this patch.

Jun 07, 2018 · Internet Explorer 11 should last for the support cycle of the operating system that you're running on. You're right about the Windows 8.1 thing -- IE on it should also be end of life by the time it's out of support in 2023, and it should be the same thing about Windows 10 and other operating systems using Internet Explorer 11.
