Dec 06, 2002 · I believe that Internode has 24/7 EMERGENCY* Support. As far as I know, the helpdesk is manned from 8am to midnight (CST) Mon - Fri and 9am to midnight (CST) on weekends. Outside of these designated hours EMERGENCY support is available, or for people with Internode SLA's, which is undertaken by a lucky person on call.
