Oct 16, 2019 · Could it be that in the image you deplyed, somehow the admin account is being installed as the default? Not sure why this would happen on some computers and not others, but it sounds as if you have a solution in hand.

Jun 02, 2010 · Do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook? Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus scanner.

Jun 30, 2008 · Any idea where I go to check permissions and change them? By the way, it appears that Word is being used as the editor for Outlook in this case. And, when I use the help function in Outlook and search on permissions or folders almost everything it pulls up says you must have Exchange for the instructions to be valid.

I am using outlook 2003 off an exchange 2003 server. I am logged in as admin and can send an email to a distribution list ok from a shared contacts entry. The user can select the same entry but gets "an internal support funtion returned an error" when they try send.

Jan 25, 2020 · I am trying to send out an email for a nonprofit to a group distribution list. Every time I hit send, I get an "internal support function returned an error" message, with no explanation or options. Any idea how to get past this?
