This build does NOT include Henri Beauchamp’s mesh patches either, as Imprudence is feature frozen. We are currently discussing the possibilities but are really focusing on Kokua’s next release for now, which will bring mesh support anyways. News about the Kokua and Imprudence Viewers. This version renumbers Kokua as 6.2.3 in line with the current LL release (although the main feature in LL’s 6.2.3 was the Windows logout colour fixes which we already delivered as rapid releases on 6.2.2).

Imprudence doesn’t currently support mesh rendering, as shown above with the LAQ mesh cottage (see inset for how it should look). BUT, while it may take a while for comprehensive mesh rendering support to be implemented, Onefang Rejected is looking at an interim solution which may allow Imprudence users to correctly view mesh objects in-world

The new feature called “Bakes on Mesh” has arrived in SL. Currently only a few Viewers support the feature. The SL viewer, Kokua which is the new version of imprudence, the Cool Viewer, and Black Dragon viewers have support already. Firestorm is soon to follow. Bakes on Mesh allows you to use system clothing and system skins without appliers.
