Sep 12, 2015 · I have Windows 7 32 bit installed and am trying to upgrade to Windows 10 but I got a message that my processor doesn't support NX but that I may be able to enable it in the bios. I couldn't find out on Intel's website whether or not my processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2 GHZ will support NX. According to Microsoft, NX is used for Malware.

So, is it possible to install and run Windows 8 (any version) on this PC configuration? I think it is possible the system requirements of Win 8 are the same as for Windows 7.
