Greetings, I have purcased infuse 2 because it is a great app. For now I have purchased it mostly because to give you support for further application development because Infuse 2 is not so usable to me without DTS. Can someone please tell me is there any ETA for infuse 2 DTS support (which is a must have audio format for anyone who have audio/video receiver and watching movies

Aug 10, 2018 · That is, it decoded the HD audio to PCM and sent that. Infuse can't bitstream TrueHD and DTS-MA since the AppleTV doesn't support it. While I'd love to see my receiver's TrueHD/DTS-MA lights come on, decoding to PCM and sending that instead is just as good and certainly better than what Plex does so I'm happy.

According to Infuse when they decode these you are getting ALL the audio. Including 7.1 audio. To get this quality you need a receiver with an hdmi decoder that supports these high definition audio types. I am an Infuse client user and it tackles 4K movies as direct play with all the Blu-ray dts-hd or Dolby true HD you can throw at it.
