I've looked through the HP website in the hope of making contacft with tech support, but there are no email addresses and only telephone numbers to ring during working hours when - hey, guess what? - I'm OUT at work!! Oct 14, 2012 · I am using a Photosmart 5510 e-All-in one. The replacement cartridges are genuine HP, expiry March 2014 . My printer printed one set of colour pictures post installation fo the new cartridge, next time I tried, nothing. I've since done a few test prints which showed faint black writing on a small portion of the page but nothing more.
