HP PSC 2355 All in one 09-24-2014 06:11 PM. I can not use my fax or scanner. It tells me I must install or run software for this feature. We had to get a new PC we had for 12 months and 5 days because it crashed. Since then we can not use these features ... I am not an employee of HP, I am a volunteer posting here on my own time.
