Applicants who are enrolled for PhD at any of the top 150 ranked universities as per Times World Ranking of Universities will be awarded US$ 10000/- only once under the Partial Support for PhD Program. The amount will cover tuition fee, living allowances and other related expenses but not exceeding the amount mentioned above.

Selected applicants must submit an Agreement and Surety Bond. The Bond will be endorsed by a Guarantor living in Pakistan. The Bond commits the applicant to come back after the completion of his/her studies and serve the country for at least 2 years.
