Jan 22, 2009 · Nokia S60 (Series 60) phones do not support receiving messages via the GSM modem interface. You can only use NowSMS to send SMS or MMS messages using a Nokia S60 phone as a GSM modem. I'm sorry, but we don't have a list of devices that support the GSM modem command set. The fact is that there are hundreds (thousands?) of different mobile phone models and firmware variations within a particular model. However, that said, the Motorola RAZR V3i model is one that I have used as a modem in NowSMS before.

Apr 11, 2011 · I don't believe that any iPhone models expose a GSM modem interface. I would love for someone to tell me otherwise (and how to enable it), but to the best of my knowledge, no model of the iPhone supports a GSM modem interface.
