Mar 13, 2011 · I was been reading Groovy for a month or so. And i fell in love with that language. Recently i have installed Netbeans.(mainly for Groovy support) I have installed Groovy plug-in too, but still in NetBeans i can select New PRoject->Groovy->Grails application only.

Unfortunately Groovy for Platform development becomes less appealing with NB 7.0 because groovyc does not seem to support JSR 269 - or at least gmaven-plugin does not support it, and nothing on the Groovy site indicates that it is even planned.
