What is going on with tech support since GFI took over I logged an urgent call on November 2nd because I have multiple customers missing 3 hours worth of email from Kerio Cloud on Monday 30th October (4Pm to 7PM) and I've not had any response to my ticket beyond "it was escalated".

Kerio Connect supports SPF and DKIM and I have both setup and verified. However there is another standard called DMARC which uses both SPF and DKIM to perform a further layer of checking and it seems Kerio Connect still does not support DMARC.

Oct 23, 2017 · We are an pharmacutical company based in Paksitan. recently we acquire 30 day evaluation to ,monitor our users internet traffic. We are quite disappointed by the product instability & above all GFI support. in fact there is no support email contact at there forum, no complaints and updated forums there. all they have mentioned is SALES email only.
