Sep 02, 2007 · Anyways, without EAX 5.0 support for newer games, can I still expect about the same level of immersion and performance (frame rate dips are a big issue) while gaming? For me, music and video sound quality are FAR more important than sound quality in games, but is EAX important to have?

Does anyone know if there is a list of all the current games that support the X-FI / EAX 5.0? The only titles I can think of is BF2, BF2142 and FSW: Ten Hammars. I can see that Creative has a list of EAX titles - but it is not up to date and it does not specific state which EAX version is supported...

Mar 06, 2018 · maybe your upgrade to Win 10 removed the drivers because some don't support later OS anymore. try downloading the drivers or Sound Blaster Cinema from Acer Gaming site for desktop model, or contact their support for driver updates. i think you are missing the software suite or something. if done correctly, you should be able to select EAX in game.
